I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Mountain View Inn. As others mentioned, the outer appearance is a bit off-putting. It looks beat up and old from the outside but the inside seems to have been renovated. It is a very simple, basic hotel but it really has everything one needs for a couple of nights. It seems to be family owned, not a big chain and everybody was very friendly and helpful. I am a picky person with a sensitive nose. My room was very clean, no dusty spots at all. It was a non-smoking room and smelled fine. Everything was in good condition and the room was big enough for an extra round table with two chairs, which I appreciated.

Location was perfect for getting to red rocks amphitheater! There are also several places to get good food close by. Room was comfortable and nicer than the pictures! Good customer service!
